耐高温有机硅树脂的制备及其涂层的性能研究

摘　　要：采用烷氧基硅烷单体制备了耐高温有机硅树脂,测定了树脂的相对分子质量。由热失重分析可知,涂层400℃时失重率仅为2.5%,900℃时失重率仅为26.2%,具有优异的耐高温性能,在国防军工、航空航天、石化及新能源等领域有广阔的应用前景。The silicone resin with high-temperature resistance was prepared by the alkoxy silane. Relative molecular mass of the resin was measured. Analysis of thermogravimetric showed that the coating has excellent high temperature resistance. It showed weight loss rate was 2.5% when up to 400℃ and 26.2% when up to 900℃ .It has broad application prospects in national defense and military industry, aerospace, petrochemical and new energy field.
