实施Team会议对改善脑卒中患者治疗效果的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨Team会议查房的新型模式在脑卒中患者中的实施效果。方法以病例对照形式,将2014年收治的脑卒中患者纳为对照组,2015年收治的脑卒中患者纳为治疗组,其中治疗组实施Team会议查房。于治疗前及出院时分别对两组进行改良Barthel指数及治疗满意度调查来评定康复治疗效果。结果与对照组比较,治疗组的治疗效果有明显提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时科室护理人员的整体素质较实施Team会议前有明显改善。结论 Team会议的查房模式提高了医护人员的综合素质和患者对医护人员的满意度。Objective To explore the effect of the new mode of Team meeting in stroke patients.Methods a case-control study was earried out,and the patients with stroke in 2014 were selected as the control group.The patients with stroke in 2015 were admitted to the treatment group, and the treatment group was given the Team meeting.Before and after treatment, the two groups were given surveys by modified Barthel index and treatment satisfaction questionnaire to evaluate the effect of rehabilitation therapy. Results Compared with the Control group, the treatment effect of the treatment group was significantly improved, and there were signifieant differenee between treatment group and control group（P〈0.05） .At the same time, the overall quality of nursing staff in the Department was significantly improved after the implementation of the Team meeting.Conelnsion the model of the Team meeting improved the eomprehensive quality of the medical staffs and the satisfaction of the patients.
