摘  要:对适用于RTM工艺的QY8911-Ⅳ双马树脂的化学流变性和固化动力学进行了研究。基于粘度测试数据,利用双Arrhenius公式建立了该树脂的化学流变学方程,该模型方程与实测值吻合较好,利用该模型可以选择合适的注射工艺。采用非等温DSC和等温DSC研究了树脂的固化过程,得到了反应活化能与转化率的关系,基于Kamal模型得到了相应的反应级数。The rheological behavior and curing reaction kinetics of bismaleimide resin QY8911-IV for resin transfer molding(RTM) were studied. According to viscosity test data, a rheologieal model based on the dual-Arrhenius equation was obtained. The model equation agreeed well with the measured value and the model could be used to select the appropriate injection process. The curing behavior of the resin was studied by non-isothermal DSC tests and isothermal DSC tests. The relationship between apparent activation energy and conversion were obtained. The reaction order was obtained based on the Kamal model.
