摘 要:以4,4′-联吡啶为额外氢键受体对双酚A-苯胺型聚苯并恶嗪(PBA-a)中的氢键进行调控。采用DSC、FTIR、DMA和薄膜拉伸测试研究了4,4′-联吡啶对共混物固化行为、氢键结构、交联密度及力学性能的影响。结果表明,4,4′-联吡啶可降低苯并恶嗪的固化温度,可与PBA-a中的酚羟基形成TypeⅡ型—OH…N氢键,降低PBA-a中—OH···N氢键(TypeⅠ型—OH…N氢键)含量,进而改善聚合,提高共混物化学交联密度,提升拉伸性能、改善韧性。Using the 4, 4'-bipyridine as additional hydrogen bond acceptor, the hydrogen bonds of bisphenol A-aniline based polybenzoxaines (PBA-a) were regulated. The effects of 4,4'-bipyridine on the curing of benzoxaines, structure of hydrogen bonds, crosslink density and mechanical properties of polybenzoxazine/4, 4'-bipyridine blends were studied by DSC, FTIR, DMA and tensile tests of films. The results showed that the curing temperature of benzoxazine could be decreased by 4, 4'-bipyridine. The Type Ⅱ-OH…N hydrogen bonds were formed by 4, 4'-bipyridine with phenolic hydroxyl group in PBA-a and the Type Ⅰ-OH…N hydrogen bonds amount were decreased, so the polymerization of benzoxazines and crosslinking density of blends were improved. The tensile property and toughness of blends were enhanced, because of the improvement of crosslinking density.
