摘  要:采用双酚A环氧树脂CYD-128,苯基缩水甘油醚690,环己二醇二缩水甘油醚180,自制聚氨酯预聚体增韧剂Z1和硅烷偶联剂KH550为A组分,改性脂环胺HD、改性聚醚胺2310和改性脂肪胺706为B组分制备了一种室温固化用于湿法缠绕的环氧树脂体系。测试了体系的粘温特性,固化物玻璃化转变温度及其力学性能,制备了单向复合材料,并对复合材料容器进行了压力性能测试。结果表明,该环氧树脂体系具有适宜的粘度和足够的适用期,浇铸体力学性能优异,能够满足湿法缠绕工艺要求,容器性能达到中温固化环氧树脂体系的水平。The room temperature curing epoxy resin system for wet winding was prepared by using bisphenol A epoxy resin CYD- 128, phenyl glycidyl ether 690, cyclohexanediol diglycidyl ether 180, self-made polyurethane prepolymer toughener Z1 and silane coupling agent KH550 as A component, modified alicyclic amine HD, modified polyether amine 2310 and modified fatty amine 706 as B component. The viscoelastic properties of the system, glass transition temperature and mechanical properties of the cured product were tested. The unidirectional composite was prepared and the pressure performance of the composite container was tested. The results showed that the epoxy resin system had suitable viscosity and sufficient application period. The mechanical properties of castings were excellent, which could meet the requirement of wet winding process. The performance of the container reached the level of epoxy resin system cured at medium temperature.
