摘　　要：机构知识库已经逐步成为大学、研究所等机构传播学术作品的重要交流平台,增进了全球学术交流,是知识共享和开放存取运动的重要内容。但是机构知识库建设工程中,内容建设往往是关键性并且难度也较大的阶段。文章从态度和认知、版权问题、质量问题等方面对机构知识库内容建设过程中面临的主要障碍做出探讨,并对其解决办法进行了分析。Institutional Repositories has gradually become important scholar communication platform for universities, reseamh institutes and other academic institutions, which promote the global academic exchanges, and become an important part of knowledge sharing and open access movement. However, the content construction is usually both critical and difficult in the institutional repository projects. This paper discussed the major obstacles in the process of con- tent building, including attitudes and awareness, copyright issues, quality issues and other aspects, and explored and analyzed the solutions.
