摘　　要：在智慧城市高速发展的今天,图书馆所承担的角色越发重要,其服务工作的内容也不同以往那样单一。通过以发展的角度审视智慧图书馆,丰富了其定义、特征和构成要素,进一步阐述了智慧图书馆的运行方式的可行性,并提出大平台、顶层建设的发展策略,为它今后的发展壮大开拓了视野。In today＇s rapid development of smart city, library has played a more and more important role, and its service con- tent is no longer single. By examining the smart library from the viewpoint of development, this paper enriched its definition, features and constituent elements, and then elaborated the feasibility of the operation mode of smart li- brary, and put forward the development strategy of large platform and top-level construction, so as to develop a vi- sion for its future development.
