摘　　要：针对中国执行出版专业技术人员职业资格制度的现状,分析了执行出版专业技术人员职业资格制度存在的问题;同时从加大宣传力度、扩大其影响力,加大培训等措施、提高考试通过率,加强出版专业技术人员职业资格证书的监管,与学历教育接轨,加强继续教育,充分发挥出版行业组织的作用等6个方面提出了有效执行出版专业技术人员职业资格制度的对策。Aiming at the implementation status about professional qualification system of publishing personnel in China, this paper analyzed the existing problems, and put forward the countermeasures from strengthening propaganda to ex- pand its influence, increasing training and other measures to improve the pass rate, strengthening certificate supervi- sion, integrating with degree education, reinforcing continuing education, giving full play to the publishing industry organizations.
