摘 要:研究了冷却管的尺寸、材质,合金熔体的温度、流速,冷却水的温度、流速等因素对强冷制备A356铝合金半固态浆料的影响。结果表明,在其他影响因素不变的条件下,浇注温度由620℃升高至630℃时,单位时间内传导的热量增大了1.03倍;冷却水的流速由3L/min提高至4L/min时,单位时间内传导的热量增大了1.2倍;冷却管的材质由钢管换成Cu管时,单位时间内传导的热量增大了7倍。In the process of fabricating semi-solid slurry by strong cooling,thermal energy of the alloy melt transferring to the cooling water is controlled mainly by heat conduction,such as the materials and size of cooling pipe,the temperature and flow velocity of alloy melt as well as the flow rate and temperature of cooling water.The experimental results show that at the fixed other conditions,when the pouring temperature is increased from 620 ℃ to 630 ℃,the transfer thermal energy is increased by 1.03 times,and the flow rate of cooling water is increased from 3L/min to 4L/min,it is increased by 1.2times,while steel tube is substituted for copper tube,it is increased by 7times.
