摘　　要：海南省食品应急物流管理目前还处于初级阶段,食品应急物流体系构建也不健全。文章在分析了海南省食品应急物流目前的现状和存在问题的基础上,基于现代物流的作业流程和食品的特点出发,从食品应急物流筹措系统、食品应急物流储备系统、食品应急物流配送系统和食品应急物流保障系统四大模块,构建了海南省食品应急物流体系,全面保障了海南省在遇到突发事件下,可以快速实现高效的食品应急物流活动。Hainan provincial food emergency logistics management is currently still in its infancy, and the construction of food emergency logistics system is not perfect. In the paper, based on the analysis on current status and problems of Hainan provincial food emergency logistics, starting from the operation procedure of modem logistics and characteristics of food, Hainan provincial food emergency logistics system is constructed from the aspect of four modules, namely, the food emergency logistics raise system, food emergency logistics reserve system, food emergency logistics distribution system and food emergency logistics support system, which ensures that Hainan can quickly achieve efficient food emergency logistics activities in the face of unexpected events.
