摘　　要：高速铁路的迅速发展给物流行业带来了新的发展机遇,文章在分析现阶段高铁物流在定价策略、产品设计、支持配套等方面所存在的问题的基础上,对高铁物流运营模式进行较为深入的剖析,并运用SWOT分析方法比较不同运营模式的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,在此基础上,整合高铁与物流的资源,推进高铁物流更好地为促进经济社会发展服务。高铁物流的前景与发展对策取决于运营模式这一基础性、根本性的问题。研究认为,目前的高铁物流具有很好的发展前景,潜力巨大,但在运营模式的选择上,一般普遍采用的自运营模式并不是高铁物流发展的唯一模式,多样化的运营模式在未来具有很强的生命力和选择价值。The rapid development of high-speed railway has brought new development opportunities to the logistics industry. On the basis of analyzing the existing problems in the pricing strategy, product design and supporting support, this paper analyzes the high-speed rail logistics operation mode. And use SWOT analysis method to compare the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of different operation modes. On this basis, the resources of high-speed rail and logistics are integrated and the high-speed rail logistics is promoted to promote economic and social development. The prospect and development strategy of high- speed rail logistics depends on the basic and fundamental problem of the operation mode. The study shows that the current high- speed rail logistics has a good development prospects, the potential is huge, but in the choice of operating mode, the general use of self-operation mode is not the only high-iron logistics development model, diversified operating model in the future with strong vitality and choice value.
