摘 要:目的运用学生标准化病人模拟临床场景进行麻醉前访视的培训。方法设计两组(A、B组),A组病案讨论加用标准化病人剧本,由学生标准化病人扮演的临床场景进行。B组仅用病案讨论方式。两组均进行培训前后的考核和培训后的问卷调查统一运用相同病案进行提问、讨论、培训。结果两组同学均喜欢临床情景教学模式,认为该法具有新颖性,尤以A组为甚。同时在问诊的完整性、详细程度和重点突出方面,A组优于B组。结论学生标准化病人模拟临床场景行麻醉前访视培训,让学生有真实感,可起到很好的提示作用。Objective To use the student standard patient (SSP) to simulate clinical Waining before anesthesia visit. Methods Two groups (Group A, Group B) were designed. Group A was SSP aid the special scenes. It was Waining preanesthesia visit skills and disseusion relatively clinic cases. Group B only disscused clinic cases. After training ,both of groups were accepted same examination and questionarie survey. Results Both of groups thought those methods were novelty and enjoyed them. However, Group A was piror to Group B in whole interrogations, detailedness and integrality. Conclusion Students' standardized patients simulated the clinical scene before the anesthesia visit training, so that students have a sense of reality, can play a good role in suggesting.
