活动性肺结核患者维生素D与T细胞亚群的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的评价活动性肺结核患者血清维生素D的水平与T细胞亚群的相关性。方法选取天津市海河医院2011—2013年住院的初治活动性肺结核患者60例作为病例组及同期正常成年查体者30例作为对照组,进行血清25-羟基维生素D浓度测定,测定T细胞亚群浓度。结果病例组血清25-羟基维生素D浓度为(21.420±4.352)nmol/L,对照组血清25-羟基维生素D浓度为(25.856±4.251)nmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=4.592,P<0.05);活动性肺结核患者血清中总CD3+T细胞低于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);活动性肺结核患者中CD4+T细胞低于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论活动性结核病患者血清中维生素D的水平低于正常成人。活动性肺结核患者的CD3^+T、CD4^+T细胞较正常人低下,且在活动性肺结核患者中维生素D水平与CD4^+T细胞水平存在相关性。Objective To evaluate the serum vitamin D levels in patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis and the correlation of T cell subsets. Methods 60 patients with newly diagnosed active pulmonary tuberculosis who were hospitalized in Tianjin Haihe Hospital from 2011 to 2013 were selected as test group and 30 normal adult subjects as control group. Serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D concentration was measured, And the T cell subsets were determined. Results The concentration of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D was （21.420±4.352） nmol/L, and the concentration of 25-hydroxyvitamin D in the control group was （25.856±4.251） nmol/L, the difference was statistically significant （t=4.592, P〈0.05）; The total CD3＋T cells in patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; CD4＋T cells in patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis were lower than the normal control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The level of serum vitamin D in patients with active tuberculosis is significantly lower than that of normal adults. The levels of CD3＋T and CD4＋T cells in patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis were significantly lower than those in healthy people. There was a significant correlation between the level of CD4＋T cells and the levels of vitamin D in patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis.
