摘  要:对分段凿岩、大直径垂直深孔以及下向扇形深孔3种不同凿岩方式的技术经济指标、采切成本、穿爆成本进行比较,发现下向扇形深孔在回采成本方面具有较大优势,且矿块生产能力与大直径垂直深孔相当,为地下金属矿山实现降本增效提供了一种有效途径;对不同凿岩方式所采用的凿岩设备投资进行比较,发现在满足矿山生产要求的前提下,采用国产设备在设备投资方面具有较大的优势。Technical economic indexes, cutting cost, and blasting cost of three drilling modes, including sublevel drilling, large- diameter vertical longhole drilling and downward fan-shaped longhole drilling, were compared. It was found that downward fanshaped longhole drilling had a great advantage in the mining cost, and its ore block production capacity was equivalent with that of large-diameter vertical longhole drilling, which provided an effective way to realize cost cutting and performance improving for underground metal mines. Comparing the equipment investments of different drilling modes, it was found that using domestic equipments had a great advantage in the equipment investment on the premise of meeting mining production requirements.
