摘 要:某铜硫铁矿含铜0.53%,硫4.78%,铁21.15%。在工艺矿物学的基础上,试验探索出适合该矿石的工艺条件,采用"优先浮选-铜尾活化选硫-尾矿磁选富集-反浮选选铁"流程进行试验。最终依次获得含铜22.23%、回收率为94.59%的铜精矿,含硫32.43%、回收率为60.51%硫精矿,含铁68.84%、回收率为44.75%的铁精矿,选别效果较好。Taking a copper-sulfur-iron ore with 0.53 % of copper, 4.78% of sulfur and 21.15% of iron as the research object, its suitable process conditions were explored by tests based on the process mineralogy. And the process of preferential flotation, copper tailing activation for sulfur, magnetic separation for tailings concentration and reverse flotation for iron was used in the tests. Finally, the copper concentrate with 22.23% of copper and 94.59% of recovery rate, the sulfur concentrate with 32.43% of sulfur and 60.51% of recovery rate, as well as the iron concentrate with 68.84% of iron and 44.75% of recovery rate were obtained, with good separation effect.
