摘 要:矿业经济形势进入"低收益、高风险"的新常态,目前我国铁矿企业的发展步履维艰。铁矿企业采选工序能源消耗巨大,节能降耗是降低矿山生产成本,提高企业生存能力和市场竞争力的有效途径。在分析铁矿企业采选工序能耗规律的基础上,分析了当前铁矿行业面临的经济形势、铁矿企业的发展趋势、采选新工艺新技术的研究方向和节能降耗的经济社会效益,以此说明我国铁矿山节能降耗的潜力巨大;根据采矿、选矿的主体工序,分类总结了我国铁矿山节能降耗的途径与研究现状,分析了铁矿企业节能降耗技术存在的问题和发展方向,提出了从根本上降低我国铁矿企业采选工序能源消耗的几点建议。Mineral economic situation has entered a new normal of low income and high risk, and the development of iron mines in China is greatly difficult at present. The mining and dressing processes of iron mines have a huge energy consumption, so the energy saving and consumption reducing is an effective way to reduce the produce cost of mine, as well as to improve the survival ability and market competitiveness of enterprises. Based on the analysis on the energy consumption laws in the mining and dressing processes of iron mines, four aspects were analyzed, including the economic situations of iron industry, the development trends of iron enterprises, the research directions of new process and technology in mining and dressing, as well as the economic and social benefits of energy saving, so as to indicate that the energy saving and consumption reducing of iron mines in China had a huge potential. According to the main mining and dressing processes, the ways and research status of energy saving and consumption reducing were classified and summarised, and the existed problems and developing trends of energy saving and consumption reducing techniques were analyzed. Finally, several suggestions were proposed, which fundamentally reduced the energy consumption of mining and dressing processes in iron mines.
