摘　　要：医院属于一个人员流动密集的场所,患者较多,医疗设备和器械较多,医务人员以及实习生较多的特点。然而医院实验室危险品事故所带来的后果与其他事故相对比,更加具有危险性和突发性,对医院的良好发展具有较大的不良影响。所以,医院实验室危险品的安全管理已经成为一个非常重要的问题。根据医院实验室危险品的管理现状给予分析研究以后,根据自身的管理实践工作,给予增强组织领导、增强宣教、完善相关规章制度以及提高医护人员的工作素质与安全意识,进而对整个医院的和谐发展起到良好的促进作用。The hospital belongs to a staff-intensive place, more patients, more medical equipment and equipment, medical staff and interns more features. However, the consequences of hospital laboratory dangerous goods accidents compared with other accidents, more dangerous and sudden, the good development of the hospital has a greater adverse impact. Therefore, the hospital laboratory safety management of dangerous goods has become a very important issue. According to the management of the hospital laboratory dangerous goods to give analysis of the status quo, according to their own management practice, to strengthen the organization and leadership, enhance the mission, improve the relevant rules and regulations and improve the quality of health care workers and safety awareness, and then the whole hospital harmony development play a good role in promoting.
