颈椎前路钛网植骨及带锁钢板固定治疗下颈椎骨折的分析

摘　　要：目的探讨评价颈椎前路钛网植骨及带锁钢板固定治疗下颈椎骨折的临床应用价值。方法选取我院2015年1月—2016年3月收治的65例下颈椎骨折患者作为研究对象,均予以颈椎前路钛网植骨及带锁钢板固定治疗,评价治疗效果。结果术后3个月Frankel分级(脊髓损伤分级)改善;与术前相比,术后2 d、3个月、12个月Cobb角以及D值改善(P<0.05)。结论颈椎前路钛网植骨及带锁钢板固定治疗下颈椎骨折的临床应用价值高。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of anterior cervical titanium mesh bone and locking plate fixation in the treatment of lower cervical fracture. Methods 65 cases of cervical spine fracture patients as the research object in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2016, were treated with anterior cervical titanium mesh bone and locking plate fixation. The treatment effect was evaluated. Results Three months after surgery, frankel grade （grade of spinal cord injury） improved significantly; compared with the preoperative, postoperative 2 d, 3 months, 12 months, Cobb angle and D value significantly improved （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The anterior cervical titanium mesh bone and locking plate fixation have high clinical value in the treatment of cervical fracture.
