对西药处方中不合理用药情况的分析

摘　　要：临床医生对于药物的应用,要实现的关键目标就是将患者的疾病治愈,只有在用药合理的情况下,才可以充分的确保患者得到疗效。如果在处方内产生了不合理用药问题,则不仅会导致不能发挥疗效,而且也会给患者的身心健康产生一定的影响,甚至拖延了疾病治疗的最佳时间。在门诊西药房中,不合理的处方用药情况当前还较为普遍。文章详尽的剖析西药处方中的不合理用药现象,并提出有关改进策略。Clinicians for drug application, the key to achieve the aim is to cure the patient＇s disease, medication and only in reasonable circumstances, can fully ensure that patients receive their results. If the prescription of the irrational use of drugs, will not only lead to not play a therapeutic effect, but also to the patient＇s physical and mental health have a certain impact, or even delay the best time for treatment of the disease. Western medicine clinic in the outpatient room, the rationale for the use of prescription drugs is also more common. In this study, the phenomenon of irrational drug use in western medicine prescription was analyzed in detail.
