摘　　要：目的研究分析自体脂肪填充面部年轻化围手术期的临床护理方式,为临床手术护理提供指导依据。方法根据我院接收的156例使用自体脂肪移植面部美容术者来分析研究,共有50例丰颞部,10例上眼睑,38例填充泪沟、22例苹果肌,13例面颊凹陷,43例鼻唇沟,对患者使用了自体脂肪移植面部年轻化手术,并对患者治疗的围手术期护理进行探讨总结。结果全部患者均得到了比较好的手术效果,术后随访表明,患者对手术的满意度比较高。结论使用自体脂肪移植面部年轻化手术患者术前、术后的护理非常重要,术前术中和术后都要开展心理护理,让患者的临床护理满意度提升。Objective To study the clinical nursing methods of young patients with autologous fat filling and to provide guidance for clinical nursing. Methods In our hospital received 156 cases using autologous fat transplantation in facial cosmetic surgery to study, a total of 50 cases of high temporal, 10 cases of upper eyelid, 38 cases of lacrimal groove filling, 22 cases of lacrimal groove filled apple muscle, 13 cases of facial depression, 43 cases of patients with nasolabial fold, use autologous fat transplantation for facial rejuvenation surgery and for the treatment of patients with perioperative nursing of summary. Results All the patients got good results, and the follow-up showed that the patients had higher satisfaction with the operation. Conclusion Nursing using autologous fat transplantation in facial rejuvenation surgery patients before and after surgery is very important, preoperative and postoperative should carry out psychological nursing, for clinical care and patient satisfaction promotion.
