中医特色护理在精神分裂症患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析对精神分裂症患者实施中医特色护理的效果。方法对我院在6个月内收治的90例精神分裂症患者进行随机分组,每组患者的数量均为45例,同时两组患者的一般资料差异无统计学意义。对对照组和观察组分别实施常规护理以及在此基础上的中医特色护理。结果两组患者均能够取得一定的护理效果,但相比对照组,观察组的治疗效果更佳,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对精神分裂症患者实施临床治疗和护理时,使用中医特色护理可提升治疗效果,同时也能够较好的保证治疗的安全性,因此有较高的应用价值。Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing for patients with schizophrenia. Methods 90 cases of schizophrenia were randomly divided into 6 months, the number of patients in each group were 45 cases, and there was no significant difference between the two groups. On the control group and the observation group were given routine care and on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine characteristics of nursing. Results Two groups of patients were able to achieve a certain effect, but compared to the control group, the treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of clinical treatment and nursing in patients with schizophrenia, using TCM nursing care can significantly improve the therapeutic effect, but also can better security guarantee to treatment, so it has great application value,
