摘 要:目的比较数字化带教方式和传统带教方式对麻醉临床见习带教效果的影响。方法选取2017年1—3月来我院临床麻醉见习麻醉本科生共32名本科生,随机等分为传统见习组(T组)和数字化见习组(D组),评价方式为客观试题测试和主观调查问卷评测。结果除普外和泌外麻醉见习和神外麻醉见习两组考试成绩无差异外,其他见习内容均为D组考试成绩比T组高(P<0.05)。关于见习满意度、知识点掌握度及操作要点掌握度的问卷调查,显示D组均有所改善(P<0.05)。结论数字化带教方式在试题测试方面和调查问卷评测方面较传统带教方式更有优势。Objective To compare the effects of digital teaching mode and traditional teaching mode on the probation practice of clinical anesthesia. Methods A total of 32 apprentice undergraduates of anesthesiology department were enrolled in this study from January to March 2017 in our hospital. They were randomly divided into traditional teaching group (Group T) and digital teaching group (Group D). The evaluation method was objective examination paper and subjective questionnaire. Results The examination scores of Group D were significantly higher than those of the Group T (P〈0.05), except that of probation practice for general surgery/ urology anesthesia and neurosurgery anesthesia. The questionnaire survey including the degree of satisfaction, the mastery of knowledge points and the mastery of operating points showed that theprobation practice in Group D was improved (P〈0.05).Conclusion The digital teaching mode has more advantages over the traditional way of teaching in the aspects of test questions and questionnaire evaluation.
