医学实习生临床技能的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的通过对我院首届实习生临床技能竞赛结果及对其相关影响因素分析,总结带教及培训经验,以期达到提高医学实习生实践技能及技能操作水平。方法我院医学临床实习基地24家、共组成25支代表队、每队4名组员参赛;采用单循环多站式的比赛方法,共设置内科、外科、妇产科、儿科、急诊、综合等6站,每站均由技能操作和理论答题两部分组成。结果遵义医学院第一附属医院1、2队及贵州省人民医院分获前三名;不同实习基地间比较,差距明显,高等级实习医院技能成绩优于较低等级实习医院;同级医院间比较,教学医院实习技能培训效果更好。结论高等级医院更重视医学实习生带教工作,带教能力更强,临床实习效果更好;教学医院带教老师经验更丰富,技能培训条件优于其他实习基地,学生临床实习积极性更高。Objective Based on the intern Clinical skills competition results and analyzing the related influencing factors to summarize the experiences of teaching and training and improve practice skills or operation level of medical interns. Methods Our hospital clinical practice base of 24, a total of 25 teams, each team of 4 members participating;More than the single stand the game approach, set up internal medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, paediatrics, emergency treatment, comprehensive, such as 6 stations, each station consists of two parts, operation skills and theoretical answer. Results Two team from the first affiliated hospital ofzunyi medical college and one team from the people＇s hospital of Guizhou province took the top three. Comparison between different practice base shows obvious difference.High level hospital is superior to the lower level hospital in practice skill scores. Comparison between hospitals in the same level indicate that teaching hospital got better training effect. Conclusion High level hospital pay more attention to teaching work on medical intern and got stronger teaching ability .Got better clinical practice effect, teachers in teaching hospital is more experiences .conditions for skills training better than the other practice base. Students got higher enthusiasm in clinical practice
