九灵通胶囊治疗类风湿性关节炎37例临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析九灵通胶囊治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床治疗效果。方法选取2014年1月—2016年12月我院收治的73例类风湿性关节炎患者设为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将73例患者分成两组,取其中36例患者仅应用甲氨蝶呤治疗设为对照组,余下的37例患者在甲氨蝶呤治疗基础上增加九灵通胶囊治疗设为观察组,经过3个月治疗后,比较两组治疗效果和不良反应。结果观察组晨僵时间、关节肿胀数、关节压痛数、视觉模拟评分(VAS)等指标均优于对照组;观察组C反应蛋白(CRP)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论九灵通胶囊治疗类风湿性关节炎效果较好,可以改善患者各项指标,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the jiulingtong capsule in treatment of nine cases of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods From January 2014 to December 2016 in our hospital 73 cases of rheumatoid arthritis patients as the research object, according to the random number table method, 73 patients were divided into two groups, the 36 patients only used the methotrexate therapy as the control group, the remaining 37 patients in the methotrexate treatment increased nine basis for treatment Qfjiu!ingtong capsule the observation group, after 3 months of treatment, the treatment effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two Noups. Results The observation group the time of morning stiffness, joint ~welling, joint tenderness, visual analogue scale （VAS） and other indicators are better than the control group; the observation group C reactive protein （CRP）, erythr0cyte sedimentation rate （ESR） lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）; adverse reactions of the two groups were compared, the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Jiulingtong capsule u＇eatment of rheumatoid arthritis is better, can improve the indicators of patients, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
