摘　　要：目的探讨系统性护理干预及家庭支持对宫外孕手术治疗患者生活质量的影响。方法随机选取2015年1—12月在我科行腹腔镜手术治疗宫外孕患者100例,分为对照组与研究组,对照组给予围手术期常规的护理,研究组在对照组基础上,给予系统化心理护理,家庭支持及相关知识教育,比较两组患者护理满意水平差异及术后生活质量差异。结果通过有效的护理干预,研究组WHOQOL-BREF得分及满意度高于对照组,其结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予宫外孕手术患者围手术期系统化护理干预及家庭支持,可有效提高患者术后生活质量及患者满意度。Objective To explore the effect of systematic nursing intervention and family support on the quality of life of patients with ectopie pregnancy surgery. Methods Randomly selected from January to December 2015 100 cases in our department of laparoseopic surgery for eetopic pregnancy were divided into control group and study group, the control group was given routine perioperative care, the study group on the basis of the control group, received systematic psychological nursing, family support and related knowledge education, differences and differences in quality of life the level of satisfaction of nursing patients in two groups were compared. Results Through effective nursing intervention, the WHOQOL-BREF score and satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention and family support for patients With ectopic pregnancy surgery can effectively improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients.
