优质护理在肿瘤放疗患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤放疗患者经优质护理后的效果。方法选取我院2015年11月—2016年11月的肿瘤放疗患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例,对对照组给予常规护理,对观察组给予优质护理,观察比较观察组与对照组患者的焦虑情况、放疗依从性、护理满意度。结果观察组患者经优质护理后的焦虑情况、放疗依从性、护理满意度均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将优质护理应用于肿瘤放疗患者,不但有利于缓解患者的焦虑情绪和提高患者放疗依从性,还有利于提高患者的护理满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing care of tumor patients after radiotherapy. Methods 80 cancer patients with radiotherapy in our hospital from November 2015 to November 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each, the control group received routine care, given the quality of nursing care in the observation group, the observation group compared with the control group, the anxiety patients with radiotherapy compliance, nursing satisfaction. Results The anxiety, radiotherapy compliance and nursing satisfaction of the observation group after the high quality nursing care were better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of high quality nursing in patients with tumor radiotherapy is not only beneficial to relieve the anxiety of patients and improve the compliance of patients, but also to improve the patient＇s satisfaction with nursing.
