医用弹力袜联合中医护理干预预防老年脑梗死患者DVT形成效果

摘　　要：目的探讨医用弹力袜联合中医护理干预措施预防老年脑梗死患者急性期下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)形成的临床效果。方法选取我院内科59例老年脑梗死急性期入院治疗患者,其中32例接受常规护理者作为对照组,另外27例在对照组基础上应用医用弹力袜联合中药泡足和穴位按摩中医护理干预的作为观察组。干预时间持续两疗程,每疗程10 d,干预结束比较两组患者护理干预平均用时及DVT发生情况。结果观察组患者日护理平均用时明显多于对照组,观察组患者无DVT形成,对照组患者DVT发生4例,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者平均住院治疗时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论医用弹力袜联合中医护理干预,能有效预防老年脑梗死患者下肢深静脉血栓形成,尤其适用于急性期。Objective To explore the clinical effect of medical elastic stockinss combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention to prevent the formation of deep venous thrombosis （DVT） in elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction, Methods Selected 59 cases of elderly patients hospitalized for treatment of acute cerebral infarction, 32 cases underwent routine nursing as control group, another 27 cases in the control group based on the application of medical elastic stockings combined with traditional Chinese medicine foot acupoint massage and global intervention of TCM nursing as observation group, The duration of intervention lasted two .courses, each course of treatment was 10 d, and the intervention group was compared with the average time of and the incidence of DVT. ResuRs Patients in the observation Stoup were significantly higher than those in thecontrol group, the observation group patients without DVT formation, the control group of patients with DVT occurred in 4 cases, the difference hetween the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The average hospitalization time of the two groups was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention, can effectively prevent deep venous thrombosis in elderly patients with cerebral infarction.
