分期综合护理在手指屈肌腱损伤中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨分期综合护理在手指屈肌腱损伤中的应用效果。方法选取我院86例手指屈肌腱损伤患者为研究对象,随机将其分成两组,每组43例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取分期综合性护理,比较两组手部功能和满意度。结果观察组护理后患指功能优良率95.3%,对照组护理后患指功能优良率76.7%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05,观察组患指并发症率13.9%,对照组患指并发症率48.8%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05,观察组满意度93%,对照组满意度74.4%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论分期综合性护理利于手指屈肌腱损伤手指功能的恢复,减少并发症,提高满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing care in the treatment of finger flexor tendon injury. Methods 86 cases of patients with finger flexor tendon injury was selected as the research object, who randomly divided into two groups, 43 cases in each group. Routine nursing care was taken by the control group. Comprehensive nursing care was taken by observation group. Hand function and satisfaction was then compared. Results After the nursing, finger function excellent rate of the observation group refered to 95.3%, and the control group refered to 76.7%. There was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Complication rate of the observation group was 13.9%, and the control groupwas 48.8%. There was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. The observation group satisfaction was 93%, and control group was 74.4%. There was significant differences between the groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care can improve the recovery offmger function, and reduce the complications and improve the satisfaction degree.
