循证护理在肺结核伴咯血患者中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的研究循证护理在肺结核伴咯血患者中的应用价值。方法收集2015年2月—2016年7月肺结核伴咯血患者140例分为两组,传统组采用传统护理方法 ;循证组采用循证护理方法,对比干预结果。结果循证组护理满意度高于传统组,P<0.05;循证组护理差错发生率低于传统组,P<0.05;循证组患者疾病知识掌握度、治疗依从性评分、住院时间、护理后情绪状态均优于传统组,P<0.05。结论循证护理在肺结核伴咯血患者中的应用价值高。Objective To study the application value of evidence-based nursing in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with hemoptysis. Methods From February 2015 to July 2016, 140 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis with hemoptysis were divided into two groups. The traditional group adopted traditional nursing methods, and the evidence-based group adopted evidence-based nursing method to compare the intervention results. Results The evidencebased group nursing satisfaction is higher than the traditional group, P〈0.05; evidence-based.nursing group error rate lower than the traditional group, P〈0.05; evidence-based group were disease knowledge, treatment compliance score, hospitalization time, nursing after the emotional state is better than the traditional group, P〈0.05. Conclusion Evidence based nursing is of high value in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis with hemoptysis.
