宫腔尿管联合子宫环形捆绑治疗剖宫产术中产后出血的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨宫腔尿管协同子宫环形捆绑运用于对剖宫产术中产后出血进行治疗的效果。方法抽取2015年3月~2017年2月到我院诊治的剖宫产术中产后出血产妇104例,分为两组,52例对照组采用宫腔内填塞纱布协同子宫环形捆绑进行治疗,52例试验组采用宫腔尿管协同子宫环形捆绑进行治疗,并比较分析两组产妇在手术期间、手术以后的状况等。结果对比发现,试验组经治疗后产妇在手术期间、手术以后的状况都优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宫腔尿管协同子宫环形捆绑运用于对剖宫产术中产后出血进行治疗中有显著效果,值得推广与运用。Objective To investigate the uterine cavity catheter uterine ring used in cooperative binding of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section treatment.Methods From March 2015 to February 2017 to the middle section after cesarean section in our hospital 104 cases of maternal hemorrhage,divided into two groups,52 cases of control group with intrauterine packing with gauze CO treatment uterine annular bundle,52 cases were treated with intrauterine catheter for treatment of uterine annular bundle together, and a comparative analysis of two groups of mothers during surgery, after surgery.Results The status of the comparison,the test group after treatment the patient during surgery, after the operation conditions were better than on According to the results of the group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of uterine tube combined with uterine ring bundle in the treatment of Post Cesarean section bleeding has a simaificant effect.worthy oforomotion and Aoolication.
