带锁髓内钉联合皮瓣治疗胫骨开放骨折的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的对比分析带锁髓内钉联合皮瓣治疗胫骨开放骨折的临床效果观察。方法选取2015年3月~2016年2月经我院诊断并治疗胫骨开放骨折患者82例作为研究对象,依据电脑所产生的随机数分为常规组和联合组,两组各41例。其中常规组采用钢板固定胫骨开放骨折,联合组采用的带锁髓内钉联合皮瓣治疗胫骨开放骨折;随访1年时间,分别记录两组临床效果,并比较。结果随访1年时间;采用Johner-Wruch评分来决定,对比分析两组临床效果;结果显示:常规组临床效果明显差于联合组临床效果;P<0.05,组间差异具有统计学意义。结论采用带锁髓内钉联合皮瓣治疗胫骨开放骨折可以有效的改善患者肢体畸形情况,减轻患者疼痛,修复患者皮肤组织,降低其感染率能够更好的恢复。Objective To compare the clinical effect of intramedullary interlocking intramedullary nail combined with skin flap in the treatment of open tibial fractures. Methods 82 patients with open tibial fractures diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2015 to February 2016 were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to the random number generated by the computer.In the conventional group,open tibial fractures were treated with plate fixation,and interlocking intramedullary nailing combined with flaps were used to treat open tibial fractures.Follow-up time of 1 year was recorded and the clinical results were compared. Results The follow- up time was 1 year.Johner-Wruch score was used to determine and compare the two groups.The results showed that the clinical effect of the conventional group was worse than that of the combined group （P〈0.05） and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Interlocking intramedullary nail Combined with skin flap in the treatment of open tibial fractures can effectively improve the limb deformity, reduce the pain,repair the skin tissue,reduce the infection rate can be better recovery.
