摘　　要：恩杂鲁胺是一种雄激素受体拮抗剂,已于2012年经美国食品和药物管理局批准用于治疗转移性去势抵抗性前列腺癌,本文对该药的药理作用、临床应用、药动学、用法用量、药物相互作用和不良反应进行综述。Enzalutamide is an androgen receptor antagonist. It has been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for treatment of metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer in 2012. The pharmacological effects, clinical applications, pharmacokinetics, dosage, drug interactions and adverse reactions of enzalutamide were reviewed in this paper.
