摘  要:气液界面的传质强化是设计高效节能反应器的重要目标.气泡大小是影响气液反应界面传质和最终反应速率的重要流体力学参数.就确定的体系而言,反应器的结构参数和操作参数会对气泡大小产生不同程度的影响,从而影响传质效果.利用溶氧法测定体积传质系数kLa,利用一种图像处理方法测定气液相界面积a,进而得到液相传质系数kL,对某型强化气液喷射搅拌反应器的传质特性进行了研究.探讨了反应器的结构参数和操作参数对于其传质特性的影响,从而更好地理解反应器的传质机理,为反应器的优化提供设计依据.Intensification of gas-liquid interfacial mass transfer is an important target for the design of high efficiency and energy saving reactors. Bubble size is one of the important hydrodynamic parameters that influence the interfacial mass transfer and the final reaction rate. In terms of the established system, the structural parameters and operating parameters of the reactor will have different effects on the bubble size, thus affecting the mass transfer effect. This study employs the method of dissolved oxygen for the determination of the volumetric mass transfer coefficient kLa, a kind of image processing method for the determination of the interracial area a and thus the liquid side mass transfer coefficient kL is calculated. The mass transfer characteristics of the specific intensified gas-liquid jet stirred reactor are studied in this paper. And the effects of structure parameters and operating parameters on the mass transfer characteristics are further discussed,so as to better understand the mass transfer mechanism of the reactor and provide the design basis for the optimization of the reactor.
