摘 要:为弥补对柱状药包爆破下自由面上的应力分布情况研究较少的现状,依据球状药包爆破激发的应力波理论解,采用Satrifeld迭加法,理论推导了楔形掏槽孔中柱状药包爆破作用下自由面上应力分布的解析解。并建立了一套应变测试系统,通过模型实验对该解析解进行验证。实验结果表明,在自由面上,沿同一楔形掏槽孔连线方向,测点爆炸应力随着与掏槽孔口间距的增大而呈递减趋势,该规律验证了理论分析所得结论的合理性,具有一定的参考价值。In order to make up for the lack of research on the stress distribution on the free surface under theblasting of the cylindrical charge, according to the theoretical solution of the stress wave activated by the sphericalcharge blasting, this paper derive the analytic solutions for the stress distribution on free surface under the action ofwedge cut column charge blasting, by using the Satrifeld superposition method. A strain measurement system isestablished, and the analytical solution is verified by model experiment. Experimental results show that, along thedirection of the same wedge cut hole connection on the free surface, the blasting stress of the test point decreaseswith the increase of the distance from the orifice, the rationality of the theoretical analysis is verified by the law.The analytic solutions derived in this paper can provide certain references for future research on the relevant aspects.
