摘  要:针对提高安徽某矿山全尾砂充填沉降性能,进行了添加四种不同的絮凝剂全尾砂絮凝沉降试验,将尾砂浆配制成18%的浓度,并将絮凝剂配制成3%的溶液,按干尾砂添加5、10、20、30、40、50、60g/t等进行絮凝沉降试验,得出了絮凝剂添加量与沉降效果不成正比或反比关系,絮凝添加量为40、45、50g/t沉降效果最好,在30g/t时沉降效果最差。在四种絮凝剂中,巴斯夫尾砂专用添加剂絮凝沉降效果最好,且最佳添加量应控制在40g/t左右最合适。研究结果可以为矿山尾砂充填以及絮凝剂种类和添加量选择进行指导。In order to improve the whole tailings sedimentation performance of a mine in Anhui, the flocculationsedimentation experimental by adding four different backfilling materials is proceed. The concentration of mortarmixture need to be prepared into 18% and the flocculant is prepared into 3 % solution. Meanwhile, the experimentalof flocculation sedimentation based on per ton dry tailings add 5 g, 10 g, 20 g, 30 g, 40 g, 50 g, 60 g. In the end,many results are obtained including that flocculant sedimentation effect are not in proportion with adding amount orinverse relationship and the best effect of sedimentation is in add 45 g/t , 50 g/t , 45 g/t . Meanwhile, when addthe 30 g/t lead to the effect worst. In the four kinds of floeculants, the BASF can produce best effects and theoptimum adding amount should be controlled at about 40 g/t. Meanwhile, the result can add a certain guiding signif-icance for backfilling mining and filling type flocculant.
