摘 要:针对挠力河流域水资源开发利用现状,将挠力河流域进行分区处理,然后应用水资源负载指数法对挠力河流域开发利用现状和开发潜力进行定量评价。评价结果表明,挠力河流域整体的水资源开发处于中等水平,仍具有一定的开发潜力,尤其是下游地区,开发利用程度相对较低,可在保证生态环境的基础上适当加大其开发力度。研究成果可为该地区水资源合理开发、中长期生态环境保护和社会经济发展规划的制定提供科学的决策依据。According to the present situation of the development and utilization of water resources in Naoli River Basin, the Naolihe Basin development status and potential was quantitative evaluated based on the method of water resource load index through the partition processing for Naolihe Basin. Evaluation results show, the Naolihe Basin water resources still has certain development potential, especially the relatively lower level of development and utilization in the downstream, due to the development of water resource is in the middle level for the whole basin. We can increase properly its development efforts in the situation of guarantee that ecological environment. The research results can provide a scientific base for making decision in the rational development of water resources, the protection of long-term ecological and environmental and the development planning of socio-economic in this region.
