摘　　要：退行性骨关节炎是一种以疼痛为主要症状的慢性疾病,目前没有有效的方法减缓退行性关节疾病的发展。间充质干细胞具有治愈骨性关节炎的潜能。本文概述了间充质干细胞治疗骨性关节炎的实验进展、间充质干细胞的最佳来源、导入体内途径、治疗需要的细胞数目及治疗效果的质疑与讨论,就间充质干细胞治疗骨性关节炎的研究现状及遇到的问题作一综述。Osteoarthritis is a type of chronic degenerative disease with pain as the most common symptom. Currently, no effective therapies can reverse its underlying process. Mesenchymal stem cells（MSCs） are capable of differentiating to various musculoskeletal tissues, and have been proposed as a potential regenerative cell therapy source for osteoarthritis. This review is to summarize the development of MSC-based therapies to osteoarthritis including the source, administration route, amount of MSCs required by treatment, and therapeutic effect. Argument and difficulties encountered are also discussed.
