成人语后聋人工耳蜗植入者术后效果分析

摘　　要：目的通过分析成人语后聋人工耳蜗植入者术前与术后的开放式言语识别及生活质量,探讨耳聋时间长短对术后康复效果的影响。方法选取20例成人语后聋患者按照耳聋时间分为>5年组和<5年组,在术前、开机3个月、开机5个月3个时间段进行开放式言语识别率测试、使用人工耳蜗植入量表(nijmegen cochlearimplant questionnaire,NCIQ)进行生活质量调查,并对结果进行分析比较。结果患者术前、开机3个月、开机5个月的言语识别率相比差异有统计学意义,P=0.001,耳聋时间<5年组与耳聋时间>5年组在开机3个月和开机5个月时言语识别率相比差异具有统计学意义(P=0.001)。患者术前、开机3个月、开机5个月的生活质量调查结果差异有统计学意义。结论成人语后聋人工耳蜗植入者植入前耳聋时间的长短影响术后康复效果。Objective To study the open-set speech recognition and the quality of life survey after cochlear implantation of postlingual deafness adults, to evaluate the effects of cochlear implants, and discuss the influence of deafness duration on postoperative rehabilitation. Methods Twenty patients with cochlear implants, deivided into deafness time over 5 years group and deafness less than 5 years group.They were tested for open-set speech recognition rate and the quality of life survey with the use of Nijmegen cochlear implant questionaire（NCIQ） in preoperative and postoperative 3 months,5 months respectively. Their results were analyzed and compared. Results There were significant differences for the rate of speech recognition results of patients in preoperative and postoperative 3 months, 5 months（P=0.0001）. For the group with duration of deafness less than 5 years and over 5 years, the difference was statistically significant in postoperative 3 months and 5 months（P=0.001）. There were significant differences in the quality of life of the patients before operation, postoperative 3 months and 5 months. Conclusion The duration of deafness before cochlear implantation has an impact on postoperative rehabilitation of adults with postlingual deafness.
