摘　　要：PF医师费制度是以医师贡献为导向,促进医疗、教学及科研综合发展的主治医师绩效分配制度。作者以实施PF医师费制度的公立医院为观察对象,分析PF医师费制度的实施经过与成效,指出导入PF医师费制度面临的挑战,并给出应对策略。The physician fee system is a pay for performance system focused on promoting physician＇s comprehensive performance on medical care, teaching and research. Through analyzing the process and benefits of implementing the physician fee system in a public hospital, challenges and strategies are pointed out in detail.
