摘 要:目的:评价分析2014年江苏省卫生人力资源配置现状及公平性,为区域卫生人力资源规划提供实证依据。方法:采用统计描述、洛伦兹曲线及基尼系数等方法对江苏省卫生人力资源的公平性进行分析。结果:江苏省每千人口卫生技术人员、执业(助理)医师、注册护士和医护比例均高于全国平均水平,但在城市中每千人卫技人员数和注册护士数低于全国平均水平,医护比城乡差距显著,机构间差异显著,人口公平性优于地理公平性。结论:江苏省卫生人力资源配置总体上处于公平状态,但结构有待改善,地理公平性需要引起重视。Objectives: To analyze the status quo and equity of health human resource allocation in Jiangsu Province in 2014, and to provide evidence for regional health human resource planning. Methods: The methods of statistic description, Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient were used to analyze the fairness of health human resources in Jiangsu Province. Results: The health technicians, practicing physicians, registered nurses and health care were higher than the national average per thousand population in Jiangsu Province. However, the number of health technicians and registered nurses per thousand in the city was lower than the national average. The difference between urban and rural areas is significant, the inter-institutional difference is significant. The fairness of population is superior to the geographical fairness. Conclusion: The allocation of health human resources in Jiangsu Province is generally fair, but the structure of hospitality to improve the geographical fairness needs to be taken more attention.
