中国医院高水平论文发表现状及趋势分析

摘　　要：目的:了解中国医院高水平论文发表现状及趋势。方法:以2012-2016年国内医院在CSCD和Web of Science核心合集发表的论文为数据来源,并对国内医院CSCD论文和SCI论文的数量、论文增长率、学科分布和基金资助论文情况进行了统计。结果:国内医院SCI论文增长率远远高于CSCD论文和国际医院SCI论文增长比率,国家自然基金资助的研究论文是基金论文的主要组成部分,国家自然基金项目资助SCI论文数量增长趋势在逐年上升,CSCD论文数量增长趋势趋向平缓,博士后科学基金在SCI论文中也发挥着重要作用。结论:中国医院的研究成果在国际医学研究领域得到了更多关注,研究水平和深度还有待提高;与此同时,也反映出国内高水平论文外流情况加剧,应引起引相关部门的重视。Objective： To learn the status quo and development trends of outstanding paper in hospital of China. Methods： CSCD and Web of Science were used as the data sources to retrieve the outstanding paper of Chinese hospital in 2012-2016. The number of papers, the growth rate, the distribution of subject and research direction and the funded project were carried on the statistics. Results： The growth rate of SCI paper in Chinese hospital was higher than their CSCD paper and that of international hospital, and the national natural science foundation of China（NSFC） was the main part of funded paper, the number of NSFC funded paper in SCI was increasing year by year, whereas the growing trend tended to smooth of the NSFC funded paper in CSCD. Moreover, the postdoctoral science foundation also played an important role in the funded SC1 paper. Conclusion： The research achievements of Chinese hospital received more attention in the field of international medical research, while the research depth and level needs to be improved. At the same time, the study also reflects an outflow increasing of domestic high level paper, which should cause the attention of the relevant departments.
