摘　　要：林权交易中心是集体林权制度改革后为提高森林资源配置效率和促进集体林权的有序流转而发展起来的综合性林业服务机构。为深入研究林权交易中心的性质,文章以双边市场理论为基础,讨论了林权交易中心的市场结构,发现林权交易中心具有需求互补性、交叉网络外部性和价格结构非中性的双边市场属性,以及双边参与主体多元化、交易对象复杂化和交易中心公益化的特殊性质,最后综合双边市场性质对林权交易中心的建设和发展得到几点启示:(1)要注意提高林权交易中心双边参与主体的粘性。(2)要加快培育和发展市场机制下的多种交易服务平台。(3)要根据双边市场规则制定合理的定价策略。Forest Tenure Trade Center was the comprehensive forestry service institution which was to improve forest resource configuration efficiency and promote the orderly circulation of collective forest rights after the new round of reform of the forestry property system. Based on the theory of two-sided market, this paper discussed the market structure of Forest Tenure Trade Centers and found that Forest Tenure Trade Centers had the general nature of two-sided markets and its own characteristics. Then we came up with suggestions as follow： （1）improving the viscosity of participants of Forest Tenure Trade Centers. （2） cultivating and developing various trading services platforms under the market mechanism. （3） setting up the reasonable pricing strategy according to the two-sided market rules,
