基于效率视角的区域协同创新驱动及影响因素研究

摘　　要：在定性分析基础上,系统揭示区域协同创新驱动因素及影响因素,构建其作用模型并形成相应研究假设;建立区域协同创新驱动因素及影响因素评价指标体系,基于效率视角选择其测度方法并构建相应测度模型;进行实证研究,测度区域协同创新驱动因素的驱动强度及影响因素的影响水平,进而对研究假设进行检验,揭示我国区域协同创新驱动因素及影响因素的作用机理,并提出促进区域协同创新的策略建议。研究发现:我国区域协同创新主要受政府、市场和企业三方因素驱动;环境质量因素和创新主体能力因素对协同创新具有正向影响,而创新主体距离对区域协同创新具有显著的负向影响;区域协同创新效率与区域经济发展水平间存在显著的正相关关系。Based on qualitative analysis, this paper reveals the motivations and influence factors of regional synergy innova- tion system, and constructs their action model. Then, it puts forwards the research hypotheses. On these bases, it establi- shes the evaluation index system of motivations and influencing factors of regional synergy innovation system, and gives an empirical study on the motivations and influencing factors for revealing their characteristics and rules. This paper discoveres that, Chinese regional collaborative innovation is mainly driven by government, market and enterprise and the driving inten- sity of the university and research institutes is relatively small at present; Regional synergy innovation environment and inno- vation subject ability have positive effect on synergy innovation, and the distance between innovation subjects has a signifi- cant negative impact on synergy innovation ; there is a significant positive correlation between the effieieney of regional syner- gy innovation and regional economic development level.
