摘　　要：分析了产学研协同创新的知识活动过程,在以大数据为背景的知识管理视阈下,提出了知识流动的"数据—人—知识"框架,探讨了智慧数据的内涵,并通过对产学研协同创新主体的知识库分析、构建产学研协同创新的知识管网模型,阐释了基于智慧数据的产学研协同创新知识流动的实现。This paper analyzes process of knowledge activities under I-U-R collaboration innovation. ＂Data-Human-Knowl- edge＂ framework of knowledge flow from knowledge management point of view is proposed and essence of smart data is dis- cussed within background of Big Data. Drawback of impacting knowledge flow is analyzed under I-U-R collaboration innova- tion. Finally, the model of knowledge pipeline driven by smart data within I-U-R collaborative innovation is proposed, and countermeasure and suggestion is put forward to build it.
