摘  要:低分子量的聚丙烯酸钠具有良好的分散性能,本文以丙烯酸为单体,过硫酸铵为引发剂,异丙醇为链转移剂,通过中和法合成了低分子量的聚丙烯酸钠,用端基法测得其数均分子量。通过改变单体浓度、引发剂用量、链转移剂用量和反应温度等反应条件,得出了各合成因素对聚丙烯酸钠分子量影响的趋势。Low - molecular weights sodium polyacrylate was a kind of good dispersant. In this paper, low molecular weight sodium polyacrylate was synthesized by neutralization method using acrylic acid as monomer, ammonium persulfate as initiator and isopropauol as chain transfer agent. The number average molecular weight was measured by terminal method. The effects of various factors on the molecular weight of sodium polyacrylate were obtained by changing the reaction conditions such as monomer concentration, amount of initiator, amount of chain transfer agent and reaction temperature.
