摘 要:以蔗渣为原料制备纤维素悬液,分别与硫酸铝、氯化铁和聚合氯化铝复配,应用于对地表水的处理过程,研究蔗渣纤维素投加量等因素对混凝沉淀处理效果的影响。结果表明,蔗渣纤维素与硫酸铝复配使用的效果较差,聚合氯化铝次之,而与氯化铁的复配效果最佳,当氯化铁的投加量为20 mg/L时,蔗渣纤维素的最佳投加量为60 mg/L,最佳沉淀时间为20 min,出水的浊度最低可达0.14 NTU,且絮体沉降性能得到显著提升。Bagasse was used as raw material to prepare cellouse suspension by remixing with aluminium sulphate, ferric chloride and aluminium polychlorid, respectively. The prepared suspension was used for surface water processing. In this paper, the influence of factors including bagasse amount on coagulation sedimentation processing were studied. It was shown that combination of bagasse cellouse and aluminium sulphate led to the poorest result, followed by aluminium polychlorid and best resuh was from combination of bagasse and ferric chloride. When filling amount of ferric chloride was 20 mg/L, the optimum amount of bagasse cellouse was 60 mg/L and the optimium sedimentation time was 20 min. This combination resulted in a water turbidity as low as 0.14 NTU and a significantly improved sedimentation effect of floc.
