摘　　要：目的对我院2013年至2015年20例ABO血型正反定型不一致病例进行血型血清学分析,以正确鉴定ABO血型,为临床输血治疗提供安全保障。方法采用全自动血型及交叉配血分析仪及试管法进行ABO血型鉴定,通过检出血清中不规则抗-A抗-B,吸收放散试验等方法进行ABO血型亚型鉴定。结果 20例ABO亚型中有4例A亚型,9例B亚型,4例AB亚型和3例B(A)型。结论 ABO血型准确的检测结果是保证输血安全的先决条件,还可根据血清学结果制定个性化的输血治疗方案。Objective Through the blood group serology analysis of 20 cases of patients with inconsistent positive and negativestereotypes of ABO blood group in our hospital from 2013 to 2015, to correctlyidentify the ABO blood type, and to provide safety guaranteefor clinical transfusion therapy. Methods ABO blood group was identified by automatic blood group and cross matching blood analyzer and test tube method. The identification of ABO blood subtypewas performed by detection of irregular an- ti-A, anti -B in serum and the method of absorption elution test. Result There were 4 cases of Asubtype,9 cases of B subtype,4 cases of AB subtype and 3 cases of B （A） subtypein 20 cases of ABO subtype. Conclusion Accurate detection of ABO blood group is a prerequisite to ensure the safety of blood transfusion. We can also develop individualized blood transfusion regimens based on serological results.
