阿仑膦酸钠治疗老年髋关节假体周围骨质疏松的早期观察

摘　　要：目的探讨阿仑膦酸钠在预防及治疗老年髋关节假体周围骨质疏松的临床疗效,延长老年髋关节置换术后假体的使用寿命。方法收集我院2011年9月至2014年10月47例有完整资料的老年髋关节置换术后患者,随访服用阿仑膦酸钠治疗骨质疏松1年后的骨密度变化。结果 47例老年髋关节置换手术患者在服用阿仑膦酸钠1年后,骨密度均有显著改善。结论阿仑膦酸钠在预防及治疗老年髋关节假体周围骨质疏松具有显著作用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of alendronate in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosisaround hip joint prosthesis in elderly patients ,and to prolong the life of the prosthesis. Methods 47 cases of elderly patients with complete data of hip replacement in our hospital between September 2011 and October 2014 were collected and followed up for changes of bone mineral density after treatment of osteoporosis with alendronate for 1 year（42 cases of femoral neck fracture ,5 cases of femoral head necrosis ,38 females ,9 males,age range of 60-89 years old,average age of 78. 3 years old）. Results After taking alendronate sodium for 1 year, the bone mineral density of 47 cases of elderly patients with hip replacement surgery wasall significantly improved. Conclusion Alendronate has a significant effect on the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in elderly hip joint prosthesis.
