白芍总苷联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗银屑病有效性和安全性的Meta分析  

Meta-analysis of the Efficacy and Safety of Total Glucosides of Paeony Combined with Narrow-band UVB in the Treatment of Psoriasis

摘　　要：目的评价白芍总苷联合窄谱中波紫外线(Narrow band ultraviolet B,NB-UVB)治疗银屑病的有效性和安全性。方法计算机检索维普数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、Medline、Embase、Cochrane Library,数据库检索时限均从建库起截止2016年10月,根据Cochrane系统评价方法对纳入的随机对照试验进行方法学质量评价,并用Rev Man 5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入8个随机对照试验,Meta分析结果显示:白芍总苷联合NB-UVB组在有效率、PASI评分下降方面,疗效优于单用NB-UVB或白芍总苷组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);白芍总苷联合NB-UVB组在有效率、PASI评分方面,与阿维A联合NB-UVB组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);白芍总苷联合NB-UVB组的药品不良反应发生率与单用NB-UVB或白芍总苷组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);白芍总苷联合NB-UVB组的药品不良反应发生率小于阿维A联合NB-UVB组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论白芍总苷联合NB-UVB治疗银屑病具有良好疗效,较低的药品不良反应发生率,但纳入研究质量较低,结论还需高质量研究进一步验证。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of total glucosides of paeonycombined with narrow-band UVB （NB-UVB） in the treatment of psoriasis. Methods Papers were retrieved on Vip Database, Chinese Journal Full-text Database, Wanfang Database, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, Medline, Embase and Cochrane Library from when databases were es- tablished to October 2016. Methods of quality evaluation were performed on the included randomized controlled trials according to the Cochrane systematic review method and meta-analysis was carried out with RevMan 5.2. Results A total of eight randomized controlled trials were included and the Meta-analysis showed that：The effect of total glucosides of paeony combined with NB-UVB group was better than that of NB-UVB or paeony glycosides alone, and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 O. 05 ） ;There was no statistically significant between Total glucosides of paeony combined with NB-UVB group and acitretin combined NB-UVB group on efficiency and PASI score （P 〉 O. 05） ;There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between total glucosides of paeony combined with NB-UVB group and NB-UVB or paeony glycosides alone （P 〈 0. 05 ） ;The incidence of ad- verse drug reactions of total glucosides of paeony combined with NB-UVB was less than that of acitretin combined with NB-UVB group （P = 0. 001 ）. Conclusion The total efficacy of total glucosides of paeony combined with NB-UVB group had a better cura- tive effect and a lower incidence of adverse drug reactions, but the conclusion needs to be further verified by high quality research considering the quality of the study is inferior.
