摘　　要：目的对静脉用药调配实行闭环管理,实现静脉药品配制全流程可追溯,确保患者用药安全。方法借助信息系统和移动设备,对原信息/操作系统的流程进行优化和重组。结果实现了从医嘱开立到护士给药执行的静脉用药闭环管理。结论使静脉输液配置实现了智能化和精细化管理,保证了输液治疗的正确性及安全性,提高了输液环节质量,确保了输液治疗安全,且有利于患者输液信息的移动管理。Objective To use the closed--loop management on intravenous medication admixture service, and a chieve a traceable intravenous medication admixture process to ensure medication safety for patients. Methods The orig- inal information and operating system process was optimized and reorganized with the help of information system and mobile equipment. Results The closed--loop medication management from doctor＇s orders to nurse execution was a- chieved.Conclusion The intravenous infusion configuration achieved intellectualization and delicacy management, which ensured the accuracy and safety of intravenous administration, and improved infusion quality. Furthermore, it was bene ficial to the mobility management of patient＇s infusion information.
